Acceptable use policy
This policy protects our customers and our network. It applies to everyone who uses an Avanti Comms broadband or home phone service.

You must not
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to store or share unlawful material.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or operate services that do so.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with the network.
- Harass, threaten or defraud others, including through nuisance calls.
- Resell the service, or share it beyond your property, without our written agreement.
Fair use of unlimited plans
Our residential plans have no data cap. We do not slow customers for normal heavy use such as streaming, gaming, video calls and large downloads. We may contact you where usage is clearly commercial in nature or is degrading service for others on shared infrastructure.
Security
Keep your router password and account credentials private. Tell us promptly if you believe your service or account has been compromised.
If this policy is breached
We will normally contact you first and give you the chance to resolve it. Where there is an immediate risk to people, the network or the law, we may suspend the service and will tell you why as soon as we can.
