    Enter your postcode and pick your exact address. We confirm what is available before you order.

    We contact your provider

    For eligible residential switches we handle the hand-over under One Touch Switch. You do not need to ring your old provider to cancel.

  3. 03

    You are told what changes

    Before you confirm, you see any early exit charges your current provider has told us about, your switch date and what happens to your phone number.

Worth checking before you switch

  • Whether you are still inside your current minimum term.
  • Email addresses tied to your old provider — move them first.
  • Telecare alarms, lift phones or card terminals that use your existing line.
  • Whether you want to keep your phone number; number transfer is subject to checks.
